i bought a VGA splitter because I need to copy my display to a monitor in a different room. any way i was wondering what would happen if i plugged the splitter into the monitor and ran a VGA cable to two different computers. well i set everything up, plugged in the cords, and wouldn’t you know it, but i am one power outlet short in my to do it and i dont have a power splitter to spare… soo im just curious.. anyone know?
it will probably say invalid signal detected… or something like that..
but..i’d also expect… it picking a random computer to display..
I doubt anything cool would happen, such as some sort of ghosting overlay.. but you can hope for the best!
