What is the safest way to clean dust and grime from a Samsung flat screen computer monitor?

I can tell it’s plastic and not glass, so I’m not sure what’s safe to use on it. There is dust and a few spots of stuff that look like they need a little water and scrubbing.
In the store at the Media parts you must to find a special cleaner it is for PC Monitors and it is very god..

Use a new, damp, cotton terry cloth washrag.

If you are talking about the screen itself, I would recommend an LCD cleaner and a microfiber cloth. Monster makes one that is sold at most electronics stores (bestbuy, etc). Spray the solution on the cloth and then wipe the screen. Don’t spray on the screen directly.
