How do I stop my monitor’s screensaver from coming on when I leave my computer & monitor on for my computers?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: monitor computers

screensaver to activate? Is there somewhere where I can turn the Monitors menu’s screensaver itself so I can see my computers screensaver?

On my computer, I have done this:

Click Start
Click Control Panel
Click Display
Click "Screen Saver" tab

In the selection box "Screen saver" I set it to (None)

Click OK.

==========

I keep my computer powered on always, with no Sleep or Hibernation or standy:

Under "Monitor Power" I clicked the "Power…" button

Under "Power Schemes" tab I set Power Schemes to "Always On"

For "Turn off Monitor" I selected "Never"

For "System Standby" I selected "Never"

Click OK.

    Yes, if you go to control panel and click display. I am pretty sure there is a screen saver tab there.

    Right click on a unused area of your desktop and choose Properties. One of your choices will be Screen Saver. Clicking on it will let you alter its settings.

    If your monitor has front buttons, it probably has a menu. If so, the setting will probably be under "Display," "Display Properties," etc. Kinda depends on the monitor though.
