Viewsonic 24″ LCD monitor unboxing

I needed a bigger computer monitor, so I settled on this Viewsonic 24″ widescreen. It has 1080p resolution and HDMI. It has been great so far. Music is from www.freeplaymusic.com. Song entitled SPIT ME OUT by Jeffrey Ayres, Brandon Towers, Matthew P Dana, Matthew A Mrowka and Eric Donovon.

the usual ratio for 24 inch monitors is 16:10 in 1920×1200 pixels and the viewable surface in that case is still one of 24″ in diagonal. In the case of this specific model in which the image ratio is 16:9 for native HD playback in 1920×1080 pixels, the viewable diagonal of the screen is calculated to 23,6″ due to aspect ratio difference

I haven’t seen any reviews of this monitor. I have had great luck with it……….no issues at all. Both monitors sound great. I would get which ever one costs less.

It is classified as a 24 inch………..but technically it is 23.6. I have never owned the Dell…….hard to say. I would try to find and read reviews of the Dell and then try and compare specs (contrast ratio, type of connections etc)
