How much would you pay for a customized Desktop PC computer with 80GB hard-drive and 128MB of RAM?

The specs are, quite frankly, horrible compared to the specs of "modern-day" computers. I wouldn’t pay more than $35. May I recommend purchasing a newer computer, with better specifications? Good specs for computers nowadays are:
300 Gigabyte (more recommended) hard drive
At least 2 Gigabytes of RAM
At least 256 Megabyte graphics card
