first of all i …
first of all i clean the front side of the mobo (there much of the stuff is ) with a paint brush, because i don’t want to stick the vacuum cleaner in there … but for the back side of the mobo i use compressed air because i have a ATX case .. so there is not enough room to get the paintbrush in the tight spots

no! never use a fan …
no! never use a fan idoit especialy if ur fan is metal tiped
it can shock the parts
and it does a bad job

… but compressed air is good for cleaning tight spots and keyboards 
yeah it gets the dust out of the cpu , gpu , psu , etc … but the dust falls into the cas e.. use vacuum cleaner … more effective
