Is this desktop pc fast for games??

And is it fast for pc games like call of duty waw, call of duty 4, fallout 3, mass effect, oblivion, etc…

Yes, the computer is fast enough to run those games, That computer should have no problem with any of today’s games.
Doesn’t come with wireless device.

well that game is fast as long you overcome the system requirements required. especially high RAM memory and fast processor and fast video card

It’s not a top of the line system but the processor is fast enough and there’s enough RAM to run all those games you listed. However, like Griz said you’re going to need a video card as well.
As it is currently set up, no, it does not have access to wireless internet. But either a wireless card that fits in your PCI slot or an exteral USB adapter can be had for around $30.
