My PCs desktop background doesn’t stay longer. The picture disappears after a few minutes. Why is it so?

this started happening after i got ms office 2007 installed. Any help? Is that because of some virus or the c drive is overloaded?
its not the issue with virus, microsoft is released this update to check weather windows or Microsoft office is genuine or not, it will remain you for 30 days and if u not respond it will disable the desktop background,
1.buy the original copy of Windows ( or )
2.format your computer and turn off the automatic updates once the installation is complete.

is webshot is active at rightside down if active then deactivate everythng will work fine

it’s a virus..pretty sure..
the virus sort of transfers some files to another location..
that could explain how your desktop background keeps on dissapearing because the virus transferred it in another location that your computer could no longer find..
i think..why don’t you scan your pc?

It’s likely to be a virus.
Update your antivirus program & run a full scan, preferably scan in Safe Mode (just the scan, not the update). If you don’t know how to enter Safe Mode, here’s how:
1. Reboot / turn on your computer and keep pressing the F8 button as soon as it turned on
2. Choose Safe Mode once a menu appears

Mine has been doing this since Saturday afternoon, and Im not sure why either.
I didnt want to post this ( as its not an answer) but if others are experiencing this, then I thought it was important to post ..so we all know that there is an existing shared problem.
I will come back if I figure out the answer
